RAUF hosted its ‘100 Years Past, 100 Years To Come’ event at the RIBA Forum in London, inviting renowned keynote speakers and welcoming around 150 members and associates.
The event aimed to consolidate RAUF’s engagement and collaboration with the RIBA and OAR and celebrated the work of the main speakers, Sir Geroge Iacobescu and Arch. Silvia Demeter-Lowe, who presented their distinct visions for the built environment.
RAUF talked about the dialogue they have initiated with the RIBA and OAR which aims to bring about a tripartite collaboration, setting the framework for future knowledge sharing between these organisations and their members. RIBA Vice-president International Chris Williamson and OAR President Alexandru Gavozdea presented their views on the cross-border nature of the architectural profession and their wish to reach out and establish solid connections between their two institutions.
